Extending deadlines
After a secured purchase on account order is finalized (FI) the deadlines for payment reminders and engaging a collections agency start.
If an order is delayed (e.g. through a delay in delivery), we can extend these deadlines.
If you want to extend a deadline, use the contact form to send us the required information:
- Short-ID for the order/reservation (PA)
- Desired extension (in calendar days)
Our specialist department will process your request. As soon as we've extended the deadline, they will let you know.
