Updating your bank account details

The supervisory authorities require us to check your new information if you want to update your bank account details. Once we have all the information we need, we will inform you of the status of your request by email.  

To update your bank account details, please submit one of these means of identification:
  • Passport or
  • ID card (front and back)

You will also need to provide a SEPA Direct Debit mandate, which you can download here.
