In our Consumer Portal, you can check whether it is possible to change the due date for your invoice.
Please have the following information available when you log in:
- Payment reference ID (at the top right of the invoice)
- Your date of birth
If it is possible in your case, you will see an option to change the due date (see the screenshot).
If you don't see this option, you can use the contact form to contact Unzer Support.
