For customers who have not completed emergency onboarding, the TSE is not automatically activated.

Please note:
• Without an activated TSE, legally compliant sales are not possible.
• Before you start selling, it is mandatory to schedule an appointment with one of our onboarding specialists to activate the TSE together.

 You can only use your POS system after the TSE has been successfully activated.
