You should let us know if your company has been acquired or merged so we can reflect this change in our systems.
Acquisition
Your company has been acquired by another company and you want to update your company information?
We will need the following information from you to update your company details:
- Up-to-date trade register excerpt (max. 3 months old) or, if your company is headquartered in Austria, an up-to-date excerpt from the register of companies („Firmenbuchauszug“; max. 3 months old)
- Self-disclosure for merchants (download here)
- Copy of ID from managing director/chairperson
- Acquisition agreement
