Updating your bank account details

To change your bank details, download the form and fill in the corresponding fields.
Important:
Sole Proprietorship
The account holder must always be the current contract partner.
The document must be signed by the contract partner.
Partnership (GbR)
The company name must always be stated as the account holder.
In the case of a partnership (GbR), all contractual partners must sign the document.
Limited Liability Company (GmbH)
The company name must always be stated as the account holder.
The document must be signed by an authorized signatory who is listed in the commercial register.
Please note the following points when filling out:
The signature should be identical to the one on your ID document so that we can perform a signature comparison.
Check off what your account will be used for. (Multiple selections possible)
Credit Account - Should the revenues from Girocard payments be credited to this account?
Debit Account - Should the account be used for debiting fees? If yes, please also fill in the fields under SEPA Direct Debit Mandate
New account for payout of credit and debit cards via Unzer Luxembourg S. A. - Should the account be used for the payout of credit card transactions?
If you use the bank account as a debit account, please grant us the SEPA Direct Debit Mandate.
From when will the new bank details be valid
Once the form is completed and signed, you can send it to the following email address or reply to the ticket email generated for you.
