Which POS Systems Are Compatible with My Card Reader?

We often receive inquiries about whether our Unzer card readers are compatible with specific POS systems.


Your card reader can be connected to a POS system. The method of integration is determined by your POS provider. The requirements for POS integration are specified by your POS integrator.


Our card readers support the following POS interfaces and protocols:


  • POS interface: TCP/IP (network) or serial (RS232)
  • POS protocols: ZVT (via TCP/IP and serial), OPI (TCP/IP)
  • POS port: freely configurable (except for CCV card readers)


Please consult your POS provider for the exact specifications.
