Why do I need an additional business account with Pliant?The business account provided by Pliant is part of Unzer Financial Services (UFS). When using UFS, you also have access to the account and, where applicable, card functionalities provided by Pliant.
Can I continue to use my existing business account?Yes. Your existing business account remains relevant and can continue to be used as your registered external payout account.
Will my girocard transactions continue to be paid out to my existing business account?Yes. Your girocard transactions will continue to be paid out to your existing registered external payout account.
What happens to my credit card transactions?The payout of your credit card transactions is based on the UFS payout arrangement agreed with you contractually. We are happy to explain the specific allocation based on your individual agreement.
Can all my card transactions continue to be paid out in full to my existing business account?Your girocard transactions will continue to be paid out to your existing external payout account. For credit card transactions, the contractually agreed UFS payout arrangement applies.
Are there any additional account management fees for the UFS/Pliant account?Based on the contractual documentation available to us, there are no basic account fees for the UFS business account.
Are there any fees for transferring money from my UFS account?Based on the contractual documentation available to us, there are no transfer fees for the UFS business account.
Are there any other fees or costs?Any additional fees or charges are based on the conditions individually agreed for your payment services and the applicable price and service schedule.
Will UFS change my existing Unzer pricing or contractual conditions?Your specific conditions are based on your individual contractual agreement and the applicable price and service schedule.
Why do I need UFS/Pliant if my payouts previously went to my regular business account without any issues?We understand your question. The Pliant business account is part of Unzer Financial Services and complements your existing bank account. Your existing business account is not automatically replaced. Which transactions are paid out to which account depends on the payment method and your agreed UFS payout arrangement.
