How do new merchants begin registration?
New merchants start their journey with Unzer through our user-friendly onboarding portal. This process is designed to allow you to complete your registration efficiently and conveniently from any location—whether local or international.


What does the information review include?
As part of onboarding, Unzer assesses the potential partnership through a comprehensive review. This includes meeting requirements such as credit checks and fraud risk assessments to ensure a safe and trustworthy collaboration.


How is PCI compliance achieved?
Unzer supports you in ensuring the required PCI compliance, which is essential for protecting payment data. You will receive a personalized link to register on our PCI platform, where you will complete the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) to meet the prescribed security standards.


When does account creation take place?
After registration, you will receive a confirmation email to set up your user account password. Once your merchant account is active, we will send you an invitation to access the UnzerOne dashboard, enabling you to efficiently manage your business activities.


What opportunities does dashboard access provide?
The UnzerOne dashboard is your central platform for managing all essential aspects of your business operations. Here, you can monitor transactions and ensure compliance with regulations such as ZAG (Payment Services Supervision Act) and GWG (Anti-Money Laundering Act).
