• WiEReG / Transparency Register Extract
• Company registration documents:
  • Proof of company registration (e.g., commercial register extract in Germany).
  • Articles of association or an equivalent document.
• Identification documents:
  • Valid proof of identity (e.g., passport or ID card) for the legal representative.
  • Identification documents for beneficial owners, if applicable.
• Financial documents:
  • Please note that you must have your account details such as IBAN ready in order to successfully complete the bank transaction.
• Proof of address:
  • A current invoice or document that confirms your company address.
• Additional information:
  • Details of the legal representative (e.g., full name, position).
