What Are Diagnoses For?

As soon as information about your card reader changes, your device requires this data in the form of diagnoses.
The following information is included in the diagnoses:
- Receipt text
- Payment methods
- Payment authorizations
- Payment procedures (including limits, ELV, PIN)
- Card acceptance
- Advanced functions
Sometimes it is necessary to manually enter the diagnosis so that the update is available immediately. We’ll show you how to enter the diagnoses.
