Verifone - Cancellation

We are happy to show you in this guide how to cancel a payment before the cash register closing.

Menu Button

Here you see your home display.

Please press the button with the three horizontal bars to access the selection menu.

Cancellation

Please select Storno.

Password Entry

Please enter your 6-digit merchant password and confirm it with the green OK button on the display.

Receipt Number

Please enter the receipt number from your payment receipt and confirm the entry with the green OK button on the display.

The cancellation refers to the original payment. You will find the receipt number on your merchant receipt of the original payment. This must be entered here.

Amount Confirmation

Please confirm the amount to be cancelled with the green OK button.

Present Card

Please present the customer's card.

The cancellation will be processed.
