We’ll gladly show you in this guide how to cancel a payment before the end-of-day closing.

Soft Key

Here you see your starting display.

Please select the soft key Storno.

Password Entry

Please enter your 6-digit merchant password and confirm the entry with the green OK button on the display.

Receipt Number

Please enter the Beleg-Nr from your payment receipt and confirm the entry with the green OK button on the display.

The cancellation refers to the original payment. You can find the receipt number on the merchant copy of the original payment receipt. This number must be entered here.

Confirmation

Please confirm the amount to be canceled with the green OK button.

Present Card

Please hold the customer’s card in front.

The cancellation will now be carried out.
