Activating the Cashier Number

Would you like to assign multiple cashier numbers on your card reader? We’ll show you how to activate cashier management.

What is Cashier Management?

The cashier must enter their cashier number on the device for each payment. The number appears on the payment receipt. The transactions and tips of each cashier are stored in the device and recorded on the summary report with the corresponding cashier number.

You can set up to 99 cashiers.

Main Menu

Here you see your starting display.

Please tap the button with the three horizontal lines to access the main menu.

Administration

Now please select the menu item Verwaltung.

Operator Selection

Here, select Händler.

Password Entry

Please enter your 6-digit merchant password here and confirm the entry with the green OK button on the display.

Card Data

Please select the menu item Kartendaten

Cashier Management

As shown in Fig. 1, please select the menu item Kassierer Nr.

Activate cashier management by tapping Yes (Fig. 2).

To return to the starting display, please tap the house icon at the top right (Fig. 3).

After activation, the cashier number will be requested after presenting the customer card. You can manage up to 99 cashiers.
