Activating Cashier Management

Would you like to assign multiple cashier numbers to your card reader? We’ll show you how to activate cashier management.

What is Cashier Management?

The cashier must enter their cashier number on the device for each transaction. The number appears on the payment receipt. The sales and tips of each cashier are stored on the device and listed on the daily total report along with the corresponding cashier number.

You can create up to 9999 cashiers.

Function Code

Please press the F key at the bottom left of the keypad repeatedly. You will now see "Funktionscode" on the display.

Function Code 53

Please enter the number 53 and confirm the entry with the green OK button.

Password Entry

Please enter your 5-digit "Jändler" password and confirm the entry with the green OK button.

Activation

You are now in the menu called "Freischaltung".

Tap on the menu item Kassiererverw. to activate it. Then confirm your selection with the green OK button.

Tapping it again will deactivate the selection.

After activation, the cashier number will be requested after the amount is entered. You can use up to 9999 cashier IDs.
