Activating Account Splitting

The account splitting function allows you to split a payment amount across multiple accounts or assign it to a specific account. There are two use cases for account splitting:

Sale of different product groups in a single store

Shared use of one device across multiple stores or practices

This step-by-step guide will show you how to activate the account splitting function on your card reader.

Note: Account splitting must first be contractually agreed upon before the function can be used.

Function Code

Please press the F key at the bottom left of the keypad repeatedly. You will now see "Funktionscode" on the display.

Function Code 53

Please enter the number 53 and confirm the entry with the green OK button.

Password Entry

Please enter your 5-digit merchant password and confirm the entry with the green OK button.

You can find the terminal ID on your merchant receipts or on the end-of-day report.

Terminal IDs starting with:

61xxxxxx – 22222

68xxxxxx – 12345

526xxxxx – 12345

Activation

You are now in menu called "Freischaltung".

Please swipe up to navigate to the menu "Kontoindex". Tap the item to activate it.

Then confirm the selection with the green OK button.

Tapping again will deactivate the selection.

The account splitting / account index function is now active. After entering the amount, you will be prompted to select an account. You can now choose the desired account from the list.
