1) Working with the POS – Important information

In this module, we will show you step by step how to use your POS. Please take the time to watch all videos in full before you start.



Important notes upfront


  • TSE activation
    If the TSE (Technical Security Device) for your POS has not yet been activated, please schedule an appointment with your onboarding specialist. Without an activated TSE, sales compliant with tax authority requirements are not possible.

  • End-of-day closings
    Do not perform test end-of-day closings. Every closing you run is binding.

  • Test transactions
    Test transactions may only be carried out using the test item. Please cancel each test transaction immediately afterwards.
