Locking, Unlocking and Terminating cards

Any card belonging to an organization can be locked/unlocked or terminated in real-time if needed. You can access the respective functionalities from the menu on the top right of the card's details page.

Unlocking a Card

If your card has been locked, you may be able to unlock it directly in your UFS/Pliant dashboard.

How to unlock your card

  1. Log in to your UFS/Pliant dashboard. You can access it here: UFS Dashboard Login
  2. Navigate to Cards.
  3. Select the affected card.
  4. Check the current card status.
  5. If available, select Unlock Card.
  6. Try the payment again.

Lock, Unlock, or Terminate Cards

You can lock, unlock, or permanently terminate any card belonging to your organization in real time whenever needed.

How to manage a card

  1. Navigate to Cards in your dashboard.
  2. Select the card you would like to manage.
  3. Open the menu in the top-right corner of the card details page.
  4. Choose one of the following actions:
    • Lock Card: Temporarily disable the card.
    • Unlock Card: Reactivate a previously locked card.
    • Terminate Card: Permanently close the card.

Important:
Changes take effect immediately. Once a card has been terminated, it cannot be reactivated. If you need a new card, a replacement card must be created.
