Step 1: Cancel Your Contract

Please submit a written cancellation request by email or post. The cancellation request must be signed by an authorized representative of the company and should include the following information:

• Company name
• Contact person
• TID(s) of the terminal(s) you wish to cancel
• Preferred cancellation date or "at the earliest possible date"
• Reason for cancellation

Please note: Returning your terminal does not automatically terminate your contract. A formal cancellation request signed by an authorized representative is required and can be submitted by email or post.
