Trouble uploading documents

If you are having trouble uploading your documents, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

Check file size and format
Make sure the files do not exceed the allowed size and are in the correct format, such as PDF, JPG, or PNG.

Check your internet connection
Ensure that your internet connection is stable. A slow or interrupted connection can significantly affect the upload process.

Update or switch browser
Check if your web browser is up to date. If necessary, try using a different browser to complete the upload.

Clear cache and cookies
Clearing cache and cookies can often resolve upload issues. Follow the instructions in the previous FAQ to clear cache and cookies.

Rename the file
Save the file with a simpler name without special characters and try uploading it again.

By following these steps, many common issues can be quickly resolved, ensuring that the document upload runs smoothly.
