New features

Quick sale function

You now have the option to use the quick sale function in Tillhub POS Go. The quick sale feature allows you to check out directly from the item selection screen without having to go through the shopping cart first.

To activate the quick sale function, go to the main menu and select “Settings.” Next, choose “Cash Register.” In the “Cash Register” section, you can enable or disable the quick sale function.

You must select a payment method for the quick sale function. You can choose between cash and card payment.

Once the quick sale function is activated, a shopping cart icon will appear at the top right of the item selection screen.

Click the shopping cart icon to perform a quick sale.

Tipping function

Another new feature in the Tillhub POS Go app is the tipping function.

You can activate this function in the Tillhub dashboard under the “Settings” menu.

Once the tipping function is activated, you will have the option to record tips during the payment process, either as fixed Euro amounts or as percentages.

Improvements

Improvements to cash register closure

At cash register opening, the change amount is now recorded correctly.

You can now withdraw money during the cash register closure and record it as a bank deposit.

How to find customer notes in the POS Go app:

Go to Menu → Customers and click the small “i” info icon.

You can now view, add, or edit customer notes.

Product favorites

How to create a tile set:
Favorites must first be set up in the dashboard under “Tools” → “Tile Set Editor” by creating a tile set.

How to find favorites in the POS Go app:
There is now a favorites star icon in the app’s menu bar. Once you tap this button, all favorites set up in the dashboard will be displayed.

Adjusting print intensity

The following intensity levels can be selected in the print settings:

  • Light
  • Medium (default setting)
  • Dark
  • Darker
  • Darkest

How to set up the To Go function:
The “To Go” functionality must first be configured in your dashboard. Once everything is correctly set up, the “To Go” button will appear in the POS Go app.
