CCV PAX A920 - Cancellation

Would you like to perform a cancellation on your CCV PAX A920 card reader? In this step-by-step tutorial, we’ll show you how it works.
Important Notes!
A cancellation is only possible as long as no cash register reset has been performed.
The end customer's card must be present on-site.
Menu Button
Please tap the button with the three horizontal lines at the bottom right.

PIN Entry
Please now enter your merchant PIN.
You can find the terminal ID on your merchant receipts or on the cash register report.
Terminal IDs starting with 68xxxxxx: 111111
Terminal IDs starting with 526xxxxx: 0123
Please confirm the entry with the green OK key.

Transactions
Please select the menu item Transactions.

Cancellation
Please tap the menu item Cancellation.

Transaction Number Entry
Please enter the transaction number (TA number) here.
The card reader will suggest the TA number of the last successful payment. If you want to cancel a different payment, you can find the TA number on your merchant receipt.
A cancellation can only be carried out for existing payments before the end-of-day report.

Present Card
The cancellation can only be carried out with the end customer's card.
The card can be used either contactlessly or by inserting it.
