CCV PAX A920 - Subtotal / Cash Report

Do you need a subtotal without performing an end-of-day report?

In this step-by-step guide, we will show you how to print it on your CCV PAX A920 card reader.


Menu button: please select the three horizontal lines at the bottom right to access the main menu, and continue to PIN Entry.




PIN entry

Please now enter your merchant PIN.


You can find the terminal ID on your merchant receipts or on the POS interface.

  • Terminal IDs starting with 68xxxxxx: 111111
  • Terminal IDs starting with 526xxxxx: 0123

Please confirm the entry by pressing the green OK button.



Information

Please select the Information button.





Transaction Memory

Please select the menu item Transaction Memory here.



Subtotal

Please tap the menu item Subtotal.




Display and Print

You will now see a display of the current subtotal.


To print it, please tap the printer icon at the bottom right.

The printout will start.
