Would you like to perform a refund on your Verifone Trinity T650p card reader? We’ll show you how it’s done.




Selection Menu

Here you see your main display.

Please press the Selection Menu button.





Refund

Please select the menu item Gutschrift.





Password Entry

Please enter your 6-digit merchant password here and confirm the entry with the green OK button on the display.




Amount Entry

Please enter the amount to be refunded and confirm the entry with the green OK button.

Attention!

The refund amount must not exceed the original payment.





Present Card

Please hold the customer’s card in front.

The refund will be confirmed with a printout.
