This article will explain all the new features of the accounting section.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Transactions

All recorded activities such as sales, cancellations, income, and expenses are displayed in the transactions section. Clicking on a transaction brings up the associated receipt on the right side. To focus the search on a specific transaction, the filter at the top left can be used.

Cash Closing

This section shows all cash closings. Clicking on the desired closing will display more detailed information and the original document. Here, you can also email the receipt or print it directly. On the top right, you'll find the “Export” button to send the data as needed.

Reversals

To gain an overview of voided sales, you can see here when and which employee canceled or refunded a sale. By accessing the drop-down menu, you can further filter by "Cancellation, Refund, or Potential Refund."

Payment Methods

All payment options are listed clearly and can be exported if needed. The display can be sorted by payment type, transaction frequency, total amount, discount, as well as net and gross amounts. The structured division according to the various VAT rates and the corresponding VAT amounts is especially practical.

Only the VAT rates that are actually used are displayed. At the end of each listing, there's a total value that summarizes all positions.

Payment Processes

All payments are stored under this tab. A filter can help you quickly find the payment you're looking for at a glance. This category can also be exported.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

All the VAT you have earned is recorded here and listed by "Account, Account Number, VAT Amount, Number of Sales Positions, VAT Rate, VAT Amount."
