We will introduce you to the features of the "Statistics" section with this article and highlight special aspects.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
Revenues
In the Revenues section, you can view different branches and registers, each with the date and other relevant sales data. In the middle column, all information is clearly summarized: the total number of sales, as well as the gross and net values of all items and services, including the VAT rates used. The display is according to the VAT rates actually applied.
Below this overview is a comparison to the previous period, making it easy to see whether more or less revenue was generated in the current period.
Products
All revenue statistics for each individual product are displayed here. Additionally, you can filter by multiple properties.
Product Groups
Each group is listed according to the number of their sales and can be further narrowed down by several filters.
Personnel
If your business operates with commissions or similar, this section provides information about your employees' sales. You can also track which employee gives the most discounts or performs the most refunds.
Customers
If you want to track which of your customers generates the most revenue or receives the highest discounts, you can obtain and export this information here.
Vouchers
If you work with the voucher system, you can view all relevant information about your vouchers under this tab. The filters provide additional options to search for specific vouchers.
Inventory
If you want to view the inventories of individual branches, you can obtain all the information here and also sort it by name, quantity, or location.
