What is Orderpro?
Orderpro is a so-called "Remote Ordering System/Device" that allows orders to be taken via a mobile device. Orderpro was developed specifically for the hospitality sector and can be purchased as an additional feature of the Tillhub Gastro App. With Orderpro, your customers' orders can be taken directly at the table and forwarded to the kitchen or bar. In addition, it offers your service staff not only a time-saving solution but also a clear handling of placed orders. The integrated table management system of the Tillhub Gastro App shows the staff which tables still have open orders. Orderpro thus speeds up the ordering process, while the payment process continues to be handled at the iPad register.
How many Orderpro devices can I connect to my Tillhub Gastro App?
You can connect multiple Orderpro devices to one Tillhub Gastro register license, whereas one Orderpro device can only be linked to one Tillhub Gastro register. You can link up to 5 Orderpro devices to your register license. If you need more than 5, we are happy to offer you an upgrade.
Do I need a specific Android device for the Orderpro App?
No, you can install Orderpro on any common Android device. The user interface of the Orderpro App can be adjusted to fit the screen sizes of your devices.
