How to Manage Your Cards in the Dashboard

You can easily review and manage your cards directly in the dashboard at any time. This allows you to check card statuses, update settings, and perform common card management tasks without contacting support.

Before You Begin

If you are unable to use a card or would like to review its status, we recommend first checking the card details in your dashboard. In many cases, the required information or action is available directly within your account.

How to Access Your Cards

Log in to your dashboard.  [UFS-Dashboard]

Navigate to the Cards section.

Select the card you would like to review.

What You Can Do

To issue a card,

  1. Navigate to the Cards page.

  2. Select "Issue new card" on the top right.

  3. Choose for which member you want to issue the card.

  4. Choose the type of card you want to issue (more details about card types here).

  5. Select the card settings including limits and e.g. to which team a card should belong.

  6. Confirm by clicking "Issue card".

Virtual cards are available and active instantly after issuance, while physical cards need to be activated after they have arrived by mail.

Important note: It is not possible to transfer cards from one user to another.

Depending on your permissions, you can:

View the current card status

Review card details

Check spending limits

Lock or unlock a card

Review assigned permissions and settings

Virtual and Physical Cards

Can't Find a Card?

If no card is displayed in your dashboard, it may not have been issued to your account yet. Please contact your company administrator or the person responsible for card management within your organization.
