T650p - Verifone Trinity T650р - Payment app crash

Your Verifone Trinity T650p card reader keeps crashing? Does it take a long time before you can use the payment app again?


Please use the card reader without the charging cradle. To continue charging your device, please connect the power cable from the cradle directly to the left side of the card reader.


A bug was introduced in the latest software version that causes the card reader to crash when using the charging cradle.

The manufacturer has been informed and will provide another update in the near future.
