Ingenico - Refund

To process a refund on your Ingenico card reader, we will guide you with this step-by-step instruction.

Function Code

Please press the F key at the bottom left of the keypad repeatedly. You will now see the function code on the display.

Function Code 3

Please enter the number 3 and confirm the entry with the green OK button.

Password Entry

Please enter your 5-digit merchant password and confirm the entry with the green OK button.

Refund Amount

Please enter the amount to be refunded.

Attention!

The refund amount must not exceed the original transaction amount.

Present Card

Now confirm the refund amount and present the card to complete the refund.
