Activating a Reference Number

You can add a custom 12-digit numerical reference number to each payment receipt. In this guide, we show you how to activate this option.

The reference number is often used when, for example, you want to include the corresponding invoice number or reservation number on the payment receipt.

Main Menu

Here you see your home display.

Please press the button with the three horizontal bars to access the main menu.

Fig. 1 – Please select the menu item Verwaltung.

Fig. 2 – Please select Service.

Fig. 3 – Please enter your 6-digit merchant password.

Menu Structure

Please navigate through the menu as shown in Figure 1 and 2.

Activation and Completion

Fig. 2 – You will now be asked about activation. Please select YES.

The reference number prompt is now activated.

The prompt for the reference number will appear after the amount entry.

To return to your home display, please tap the house icon in the top right corner.
