We deeply regret that you have become a victim of fraud in connection with one of the payment options we offer.

We continuously work to protect our service from misuse and to further improve it.


In every case of fraud, it is necessary to file a report with the police and provide us with a copy of the corresponding confirmation. Please send this to us by email at datenschutz-vie@unzer.com.


Once we have received your documents, the case will be carefully reviewed and processed by our Risk and Fraud Department. In the course of this review, debt collection will be suspended and any reminders that may have been issued will be cancelled.


As soon as the review has been completed, we will inform you of the outcome in writing.
