A decline can occur for various reasons and is not necessarily due to insufficient creditworthiness. In many cases, the reason is that certain information could not be verified.


We offer you the opportunity to have your case undergo a renewed manual review. Please send us a copy of your identification document by email to datenschutz-vie@unzer.com.


Once we have received your documents, our Risk Department will carefully examine the case and subsequently inform you of the outcome in writing.
