No app switching possible

What can I do?

You can no longer switch apps? The bottom icons are missing? Then please use our contact form to request a reinstallation.


This will be done in the background. The card reader must be online so that we can reinstall the app.


We will need the following information from you:


Terminal ID (this should be marked on the side as a sticker)

Serial number & Store ID (these can be found on the back of the device directly above the camera)

Once we have sent the app to your card reader, you will hear a signal tone. This indicates that the installation has been completed.


After the installation is complete, the toolbar will reappear at the bottom.
