Depending on the details provided with your bank transfer, it is possible that the payment could not be allocated and split according to your intentions.
To clarify the situation, please send us your payment confirmation including the following information:
- Recipient’s bank details
- Payer’s bank details
- Total amount
- Date of transaction
- Breakdown of which amount was intended for which order
