Set Up Your Password and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
To keep your account secure, you need to create a password and set up two-factor authentication (2FA). The setup only takes a few minutes.
? Authenticator App Required
You cannot complete the account setup without an authenticator app.
Before starting the setup process, please install one of the following apps on your smartphone:
Microsoft Authenticator (Recommended)
Google Authenticator
FreeOTP
During the setup process, you will be asked to scan a QR code and enter a verification code generated by the app.
Without one of these apps, the setup cannot be completed.
Step 1: Open the invitation email
You will receive an email containing a link to activate your account. Click the link to get started.

Step 2: Continue the setup
The account setup page will open. Click Continue.

Step 3: Create a password
Enter a password and confirm it. Then click Continue.

Step 4: Set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Open your authenticator app and select the option to add a new account.
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Google Authenticator
- FreeOTP
Scan the QR code shown on the screen. If you cannot scan the QR code, you can enter the setup key manually. Once completed, click Continue.
Step 5: Enter the verification code
Enter the 6-digit verification code displayed in your authenticator app.
Step 6: Save your backup codes

Download and securely store your backup codes. These codes can be used to access your account if you lose your phone or no longer have access to your authenticator app.
Step 7: Setup complete
Your account is now ready to use and protected with two-factor authentication.

When will I need my 2FA code?
After the initial setup, you will only be asked to enter a 2FA code when performing sensitive actions such as:
- Resetting your 2FA settings
- Generating new backup codes
- Viewing your private API keys
In most cases, you will not need to enter a 2FA code every time you log in.
