Activating Additional Information / Reference Number

You can attach an individual or fixed 21-character alphanumeric additional information to each payment receipt. In this guide, we’ll show you how to activate this option on your CCV Mobile Premium or Base Next card reader.


This additional information is often used to include related invoice numbers or reservation numbers on the payment receipt. This function can also be used to indicate a cashier number.


Main Menu

You will see your home screen. Please select the Favorites key.

Selection by tapping the touchscreen.

PIN Entry

Please now enter your merchant PIN.

You can find the terminal ID on your merchant receipts or on the end-of-day report.

Terminal IDs beginning with 61xxxxxx: 111111

Terminal IDs beginning with 68xxxxxx: 111111

Terminal IDs beginning with 526xxxxx: 0123

Please confirm your entry with the green OK key.



Menu Structure

Please use the down arrow key to navigate to the menu item Management (Fig. 2).

Activation and Completion

Fig. 1 – Please select the menu item Additional Information.

Fig. 2 – Activate the additional information by checking the box.

You can already enter a predefined piece of information here. If you don’t want this, simply leave the field untouched.

You can also leave the prompt for the additional info empty by simply confirming with the green OK key.

The activation of additional information / reference number / cashier number is now complete.
