Wait Time for Customer Receipt Printing
In the standard configuration of your Verifone card reader, the merchant receipt is printed as a mandatory receipt and the customer receipt is printed as well.
If the wait time for the customer receipt seems too long or too short, this guide will show you how to adjust the wait time for printing.
The merchant receipt is a mandatory receipt and cannot be deactivated.
The customer receipt can be deselected or is automatically printed if the prompt is not confirmed – this prompt cannot be deactivated.
Are you using Digital Receipt Management? Then the merchant receipt is archived for you, and only the customer receipt prompt will appear.
Home Display
Here you see your home display.
Please press the button with the three horizontal bars to access the main menu.

Management
Please select the menu item Verwaltung.

Cashier
Please select Kassierer.

Printer
Fig. 1 – Please select the menu item Printer.
Fig. 2 – Then select Wait Time for Receipt Printing.
Fig. 3 – You can now make your individual adjustment in seconds.
After confirming the number of seconds, you will return to the menu structure.
Please tap the house icon at the top right to return to your home display.
The adjustment is now complete.
