Order Details & Actions

You can view detailed information for a specific order in the UnzerOne Dashboard
01 Open an order
Select an order from the All Orders list.
02 Review the order details
The order details will display, including:
Order amount Payment method Order status Timestamp Payment Method External order id (if applicable)
03 View the related transactions
The payment(s) will be listed in which multiple transactions associated will be shown, including transaction related data.
04 Capture, cancel, or refund a payment
User can click the three dots to Capture & Cancel or Refund button to initiate a refund.
05 Return to the transactions list
To return to the transactions list, click the back arrow.
