Order Details & Actions

You can view detailed information for a specific order.

1. Select an order from the All Orders list.

2. The order details will display, including:

   • Order amount

   • Payment method

   • Order status

   • Timestamp

   • Payment Method

   • External order id (if applicable)
     

3. The payment(s) will be listed in which multiple transactions associated will be shown, including transaction related data.
   

4. User can click the three dots to Capture & Cancel or Refund button to initiate a refund.
   
   

5. To return to the transactions list, click the back arrow.
