What you should pay attention to when using your POS Go

Test phase
- Use only test items during the checkout process in the testing phase.
- Each test sale should be canceled immediately afterward.
- Please note that cancellations can no longer be made after a cash register closure.
Live operation
- Remember to charge your POS Go in time. To speed up the charging process, use the included charging cradle.
- Note that the receipt printer will stop functioning once the battery level drops below 10%.
- Use only thermal paper for the receipt rolls (roll width: 57 mm, diameter: 40 mm, paper length: 18 m, core diameter: 12 mm).
- Perform a cash or daily closure on both the cash register app and the terminal preferably every day.
Updates
- Check the CCV Store regularly for software updates.
- Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection when performing software updates.
- Avoid performing software updates while operating via SIM card to save data volume.
